I purchased a new grinder from Caffe tech. When I asked them to calibrated it before shipping it, they did, at no extra cost. This made dialing in my first shots with a new grinder much easier.

Very happy that Caffe Tech had this rare part. My Rancilio Betsy is working like a champ again.

It was never delivered. I’m in the USA and cafe tech can’t get here. So I had the part send to a Canadian address where they would be able to send it on to me. But it turns out that caffe tech is using a shipper that won’t deliver unless someone is home. So the part went back to the shippers some office apparently. I don’t actually know what finally happened - did it get returned to caffe tech?

Had what I needed, shipped right away and took the time to answer a technical question I had. Will definitely deal with you again and will tell others. Thank you!

The rings that I picked up were the wrong ones. The rings were noted by the individual I talked to and order them online when I was visiting Edmonton. As I live in Canmore it is almost impossible to return them. I won’t be doing that again.

Delightful. I own the Elektra. And I wanted to gift one to my granddaughter for her elopement. I insisted on the copper/brass. It was located in Toronto, and shipped to Kitimat BC. Delivered as promised. We are all thrilled.
