I placed on order on blackfriday for a moccamaster off white. This model was on discount on multiple websites but decided to order from a Canadian shop. After almost 2 weeks, once the discount was gone, they reach out to me to let me know that they didn't have stock anymore and couldn't send my order. I will never ever consider buying from them anymore.
