Was really good, I had a couple questions and your costumer service was great at answering them.

I had such high hopes for this railing, but the durability of the handrails is lacking. Easily scratched! The powder coated paint needs to be seriously upgraded! Very disappointed!

I am very happy with this product as it not only is an ingenious design, but it is very easy to use and install. I am using both the wood and metal bullets and both do exactly what they were made to do. The directions and online information/videos are also fantastic, too! It is clear the company cares a great deal about the customer.
