Everything about this system and company is 5 stars! The design is sleek and simple - it looks beautiful but doesn't take away from the view from my deck. The system itself was easy to work with and included great instructions. And the customer service exceeded my expectations - great (and fast!) communication and excellent support. Cable Bullet offers the entire package. I couldn't be more pleased!

I'll never order from this company again I returned items over two weeks ago and still haven't gotten my refund. And they charged a re-stocking fee. Terrible customer service. Don't do business with this company!

Shipping is less than desired. Second time the shipping has missed their original shipping date, but what can you expect from a government run business!
