Shipping was fast, customer service was great!

Worked as advertised

Worked wonderfully especially when putting a drop of the oil on the tap. I broke the first one which stopped the project. Talked to them about getting a new one and they immediately sent it overnight and recommended the oil. Thank you Cable Bullet customer support!

These are wonderful and work as stated. worth the money. Be careful with the screws - they are small and lost easily. I ordered 7 of these and already lost one of 14 screws before installation, then a few others fell out over time when they got loose and also got lost. It would be nice if they sent extra screws with the product for this reason, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I had a pretty simple 12x12 deck. I am glad that I spent extra $1000 on this cable railing instead of going with a standard bars railing. It really looks modern and awesome. Everything - cables and tensioners, splices and hand-rails, hand-rails and posts, screws and posts - fits together very well!

Product was great. Would have received 5 stars except I was missing parts to complete project. Customer service was great to get missing parts out ASAP.

Always great And great tech support

Missing a part

Cable railing

It would have been helpful to speak with someone who was more knowledgeable about the use of the various drilling templates with the system. Also, the guide templates should be included with the installation kits. Without them, it is very difficult to get the holes in the metal railings to align. The products are well-made, the packaging is excellent and the website tutorials are helpful.

Shipping was fine.
