I am a landscape architect and selected the railing for my clients for whom I designed a backyard renovation with a multilevel deck. The railing fits beautiful with my design, my clients and I love sleek transparent look. The contractor on the project found it easy to install but he feels it is not something an average homeowner can install themselves. The service by Cable Bullet was excellent, they answered questions in a very timely manner and delivered parts promptly. Both the contractor and myself are going to recommend this railing to future clients.

Shipping was a bit slow, but the quality of the materials and clarity of instructions was excellent. It's also a pretty expensive DIY project.

Exceptional customer service and beautiful railings. I used stainless steel because of proximity to ocean. System was not as easy as some indicate. I've sent them info and suggestions on challenges I faced on stairway and on mahogany railings but impeccable customer service made this a great choice. Cost was considerably less than other systems I researched.

Our project was small, replacing less than 30' of wood railings with cable. But the support was great. Patient, thorough, professional, courteous. A small angle guide was inadvertently omitted from our delivery--CB expedited shupment of the item at no cost to us. We will be doing another stretch of rail come Spring. CB is superior to the system my original contractor put in, and the CB team is superb.
