Great value but not if you have to keep sending back the computer
Have sent computer back because it stopped working and now it’s having issues with windows 11. Service was quick and returned the working computer in a reasonable time.

Multiple systems, great service
Ordered multiple desktops and monitors for myself, friends, and an organization I volunteer for. Provided a great upgrade path for several older Windows 10 systems that needed replacing. One of the tiny desktops arrived with hard to notice insulation damage on the power supply cord, was quickly replaced free of charge or hassle.

Poor packing for shipping
I have received several units that have been damaged in shipping due to very poor packing. Makes me think about looking for a supplier that can package systems properly as a lot of units come in scratched from lack of packing material. If i am paying for grade A product that's what i want to receive

Took 6 business days for shipping. Laptop is in great condition, like New! Though I noticed there was a whistling sound coming from the power supply, so I reported it on March 11, got an RMA number March 12, but still waiting for the tracking number for the new power supply shipment. As of today March 23, I haven't heard anything from them. Also asked for instructions on how I can reinstall Windows 11 as I did not receive any external USBs or anything, and they could not provide. Disappointed in the service, but Laptop is good.
