Unfortunately my laptop has ZERO battery and from the day I received it will only work while plugged in. It is a total dud and now I have to go through what seems to be a convoluted and drawn out return process. This is the second laptop out of the four I bought that is a complete DUD. The other one wouldn’t turn on at all.

A bit of disappointed about not getting the ssd

Dell Latitude 7320 clamshell, 16/512: Been using the laptop for 5 days now - everything looks and works fine! Warms up a bit, but not too excessively (compared to my previous Lenovo Yoga i7 which was 300g heavier but always cool, and I needed lightness), battery at 80% full charge (holds over 3 hours), a couple of minor scratches and touchpad looks worn but works fine)) Fast and seamless delivery, user friendly Windows setup starts when you first open the lid! Had a little bit of hard time installing MS Office and finding the battery settings in the BIOS but that's another story )) Overall, so far - so good! Thank you!
