I'm a little disappointed: The surface itself seems okay, but it smells very strongly of the previous owner. I don't want to write anything inappropriate or offensive, but it distinctly smells like a combination of human body odour. I suspect I'll have to replace the 'detachable keyboard' that it comes with if I want to be rid of the smell. Not thrilled about this.

I had initially contacted someone and asked if I can order and delay a shipment a few days because I wouldn’t be able to receive it! . I was told that I could. I made my first order during the Canada Day sale. I couldn’t find the place to say delay shipping because I was not going to be home for several days. I contacted customer care, they told me that delivery delays were not possible and they have a 2 to 6 day service. I had to cancel my order, I couldn’t take the chance that it sat outside for several days. I reordered the following week expecting that I would receive the package in 2 to 6 days. On the 5th day I contacted the customer service team because I had no tracking information and I was told the laptop was just prepared by the technician that day. So this was very disappointing to me as I was not told that there was a week of processing time before the 2 to 6 day delivery time applies. I could have got my laptop sooner and $50 cheaper had I just kept the original order. So for this you get a 1 or a 2 but the laptop is almost perfect and working very well and for selling a product that feels like it’s brand new you get a 5. Overall, Okay!

So very pleased with purchase of my Surface Pro 7 laptop. Works great and looks good. Totally satisfied with everything about this purchase, including price as well as the ease of ordering and the quick delivery. All went smoothly, with the icing on the cake was the laptop itself!
