So very pleased with purchase of my Surface Pro 7 laptop. Works great and looks good. Totally satisfied with everything about this purchase, including price as well as the ease of ordering and the quick delivery. All went smoothly, with the icing on the cake was the laptop itself!

The ordering/shipping process and customer service response is great. But received item with obvious defects.

I want to be fair here: Delivery was fast, and customer service was responsive throughout. When my first laptop had a screen issue, they took it back and turned the replacement around in about two weeks, which is reasonable. The problem is the actual hardware. My first unit had a screen defect. The replacement they sent simply stopped powering on entirely three weeks later — completely dead, no charging light, no response. So in under three months I received two defective machines and had to set up a laptop from scratch twice, only for it to fail anyway. To their credit, they processed my refund without a hassle once I asked. But looking through other reviews, dud units don't seem to be that uncommon, which is the real issue. Responsive support doesn't make up for refurbished hardware that fails this quickly. I'd think twice before ordering something you're relying on.

Was looking to spin up a home media server and had some existing 3. 5" drives I wanted to reuse without getting a NAS/DAS, so didn't want a mini computer. Found this unit which handled my existing drives just fine and overall the unit was in decent ship. Some small wear & tear on the exterior, but less than I was expecting. The inside of the machine was spotless and everything works beautifully. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks!

Overall, a good job at getting it refurbed.

I never did receive your product

Ordered a laptop on May 2 and received it on May 6 with a damaged screen. I immediately returned it for an exchange. The package was delivered back to the company on May 11, and as of May 14 it still has not even been inspected. Very disappointing experience and an extremely slow exchange process. If you need a laptop quickly or rely on it for work, be prepared for long delays and poor turnaround times.

Excellent purchase. This computer totally meets My needs. The laptop was in excellent condition when we received it. I highly recommend REFURB. IO.
