Everything was as expected. . . delivery was earlier than expected

Back case broken. piece rattling around inside. Would not charge. Would not start. Obviously no one checked this unit before sending. Very poor showing people. Will not be buying again or recommending to others.

No major issues so far except for the USB ports on the back keep disconnecting. Fortunately the front ones work.

So far quite satisfied with my purchase!

The laptop looks good and works as intended but the charger broke on first charge. I am waiting for a new charger.

Ordered 3 laptops and all 3 arrived inoperable. You would think that they would have turned on the laptops before shipping! No sense of urgency to help with replacement. Will not order from Refurb again.
