The laptop runs smoothly with no issues, and performance has been stable and responsive for everyday schoolwork and multitasking. The refurbished unit arrived in excellent condition, better than expected, and Windows 11 Pro works flawlessly. Overall, it feels just like a new device and offers great value for the price. Unfortunately my laptop has ZERO battery and from the day I received it will only work while plugged in. It is a total dud and now I have to go through what seems to be a convoluted and drawn out return process. This is the second laptop out of the four I bought that is a complete DUD. The other one wouldn’t turn on at all.

A bit of disappointed about not getting the ssd

Dell Latitude 7320 clamshell, 16/512: Been using the laptop for 5 days now - everything looks and works fine! Warms up a bit, but not too excessively (compared to my previous Lenovo Yoga i7 which was 300g heavier but always cool, and I needed lightness), battery at 80% full charge (holds over 3 hours), a couple of minor scratches and touchpad looks worn but works fine)) Fast and seamless delivery, user friendly Windows setup starts when you first open the lid! Had a little bit of hard time installing MS Office and finding the battery settings in the BIOS but that's another story )) Overall, so far - so good! Thank you!
