I bought a "Mystery" Laptop package for $89. Refurb. io could have ripped me off with a cheap piece of junk but they didn't. They gave me a great Dell laptop complete with a touch screen, HDMI video output, and a very fast SSD complete with a fresh install of Windows 10. I installed Linux on it and it flies! I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Refurb. io! I'm very impressed!

As advertised. Fast shipping. Good price. Would recommend.

The laptop was in good condition, however there were/are 3 big pain points. First, the windows 11 installation was corrupted, I had to re-image it. Then, the screen assembly was botched, so part of it was unclipped so I had to clip it myself, but it still doesn't look perfect. Lastly, the battery life seems pretty poor, getting maybe 3 hours on battery economy settings.

Bought a laptop from Refurb. io and it showed up with no power cable. I’ve emailed them several times over the last week and haven’t heard a thing back. I get that mistakes happen, but ignoring customers isn’t okay. If they can’t be bothered to send out a basic cable or even reply, I can’t imagine what would happen if there was a real problem. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

Best in Canada, The laptop I bought was in perfect condition

Purchase was easy and seamless. Delivery was quick. Only one “fly in the ointment”, so-to-speak, I had specifically requested that DELIVERY NOT BE MADE WITHOUT A SIGNATURE. My laptop was left on my front step and I didn’t even know it had been delivered until I was notified by Refurbio!!

After a couple of weeks, the computer is working well and there is no complaints to be shared.
