Great product but it said 2-6 days shipping and I was desperate without a computer so I was a bit miffed when it took a week to show up. Otherwise everything was great.

Again, my laptop has a very hot bottom. I am not sure if its a problem that will progress into an issue. Also, when the UPS courier came, they left it in the lobby of my condo building. . . no signature required. . . which I found troubling since I paid $600.
