Modem works as it should. It will save me $144 a year not renting from TDS!

Working fine so far, had to call Windstream to activate it. Grateful for the one year warranty, help from the gentleman who sold this, and happy to be avoiding the monthly rental fee. Know that these modems are refurbished. Wish that fact had been more prominent, instead of at the very bottom of a long description.

It was time to stop renting so I bought the above moduem. It works great I will call TDS to inform them on 2/5/2024. Unit works great my Son set it up for me me took him all a couple on min.

It was quite satisfying to not pay what CenturyLink was asking for a modem, after it stopped working ON THE DAY the warranty expired. I just had to wait a few days to receive it in the mail but well worth the wait.

Upgraded a failing 20-year old modem, and wanted the newest WIFI 6 tech. Centurylink couldn't promise delivery of a specific model. Be sure you have two-line service. I was sent the BG version actually - same exact specs as the BZ.

Good modem to use with my fiber optic system. Very happy.

I had a little bit of concern about making a purchase from an online store I'd never heard of, but it was far cheaper than anything else I had seen online. Order even showed up sooner than I initially expected. Setup was easy for the hardware (the internet side was not as not nearly as smooth, but that's ISPs for ya.) When I need another modem, I'm certainly looking at this place again.

Product is excellent

I ordered a newer Century Link C4000LG modem because my old leased modem was outdated and hasn't had a security update in years. Ordered new modem on 10/11 and received it on 10/13. Installed modem using Century Link setup website, worked flawlessly. Tested new modem for about a week, all connections worked OK and a much stronger WiFi signal out to my garage. Sent my leased modem back to Century Link. Very satisfied with the modem performance and 'buyyourownmodem.com' is great.
