Up and running in 30 seconds. Unplugged old one, plugged in new one, it connected to Internet and entered password on all devices - up and running. Glad to have the new one as the old one was intermittent.

The modem arrived packed well and seems to be working fine. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Customer is great! I didn't automatically get a receipt, so I emailed asking for one; within a couple of hours they replied providing the receipt. The product arrived on time, the setup instructions were short sweet, simple and concise, and once my internet provided authenticated it, its been working wonderfully ever since! (I was worried CenturyLink was not going to authenticate it, but they we're happy to help!) This company saved me nearly $130!

too tall, too long. compare it to the $15/month modem from a very large isp but it plugged in and moded the signal for my landline . . .

Due to working from home I wanted a spare router/modem compatible with Centurylink. In the event my current router/modem died I can quickly be back online. I purchased a refurbished C4000LZ that arrived defective. I contacted technical support and explained what I was experiencing. Tech support responded quickly and had me confirm a couple things after which they sent me another C4000LZ with no need to send back the defective one. The second unit arrived quickly and has been working perfectly for 3 weeks as of this review. I knew I was buying a refurbish item but cosmetically it looks new and is operating normally. I’m happy!

The modem was offered at a great lower price than other sites that we checked for the same item.

This was a nice upgrade from the Zyxel PK5001Z. The C3000Z has 5GHz and modern Wi Fi security protocols. The modem runs a little hot, but I am going to get a small USB fan since the C3000Z has a USB port

Took me about 30 minutes to set up the modem - because of my computer's lack of ethernet, mainly. New these cost around $200, or more to rent from Centurylink. Worked out of the box. So glad you guys are around.

I am so pleased with your company. My modem/router was 5 years old and was in great need of being laid to rest since it was dropping the connection about every 3 to 5 minutes. We are getting fiber optics installed by a new company in our area within about 5 or 6 months, so I didn't want to spend too much money on a new modem/router for DSL. The price was perfect for our temporary need. The new modem/router came within two days of purchasing it. The note in the package was very, very helpful in getting the product setup regarding booting and resetting it. Since I don't have an ethernet port on my laptop, I was able to use the WiFi to get connected to the IP address. I was able to check the modem status and setup a new name for my network. The modem status now shows 'Good' instead of 'Poor' (which was what our old modem showed). Thank you so very much for your excellent service and product. I will recommend your company to anyone that I know who needs a modem/router. I will look into buying from your company again when the new company installs the fiber optic cable.
