So far am unimpressed! I can't even get the kit registration done with a new iPhone. The app will not allow me to register an FBI test as a new test-I had one 3 yrs ago & decided to retest myself. . .

Mark when you have received it. Only state things that are what you’re going to do. If it’s going to take you 6 weeks to get the results state it so other people can choose some other test that gives faster and better results

Just after a month of getting the results I changed my diet according to the list provided by Viome I would say the inflammation went away. I’m not out of the woods yet, nevertheless way better. My only observation is that in my report I noticed one of the foods listed was placed in the minimize section based on information I provided. However, I wanted confirmation if I was in fact sensitive to the food. Just curious! My advice to those who need answers is to test your gut but it is your responsibility to heal yourself. There is no need to succumb to buying products from any company. I didn’t. I went my own route. And will retest in 6 months just to compare.

I’m not sure if I want to believe my results. It said my energy level needed improvement and I’m never tired.

I’m very unhappy. There is NO customer service, I wasn’t able to enter all my supplements/medications in the health history so the information it returned to me is not accurate. This was a huge waste of valuable financial resources because there is no customer support. … VERY disheartening because I heard about it at the biohacking conference…and they should not be backing this poor service product.

I purchased. Collected the sample. Took sample to post office 8 weeks ago & handed to the person at the counter & saw them put package in the bin. App still says my Viome is waiting on my collection. It has been 3 months now & still no notice from Viome saying they have received my collection.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am reporting to the BBB. I mailed my samples 5/2025, I still don’t have my results, heck, it’s still showing not received by the lab. I will be requesting a full refund to my HSA. Shame on you.

It has been 8 weeks since I put my full body intelligence samples in the mail and they still show it as not received. I can’t find a customer service channel, so it’s a complete waste of money.

Unlike the other reviews, the lab received my tests within a week and it took the 2 weeks they said to get it processed, so that met my expectations. However, I thought the results presentation was underwhelming. Though all the info is on the website, I expected 1 printable report with everything in 1 place - all the foods I should avoid and what I should eat. I've ended up printing the web page out as PDF and sending it to ChatGPT to categorize. I realize that they're trying to convince me to buy the subscription but I still think that making the data easily digestible would help. BTW, I couldn't find an easy "feedback" or customer service link where I would've submitted this info instead of making it a public review.

This is a scam designed to sell you more products. They gave no detailed information in how they came to these scores. I was told this would tell me food allergies and it literally only tells you what the high fodmap foods are. Giant waste of money.

I was so disappointed to get my results especially after the site said they couldn't process my saliva sample. They sent another and I immediately sent it back. After waiting two weeks, I contacted them and they said they could not find it or didn't receive it. They were going to send out a third but then suddenly a couple days later, they said they found it and my results were quickly processed. I received no actual data or test results just a set of recommendations for food and supplements. The food recommendations came with no data to back them up except articles that could apply to anyone. I begin to doubt they did any actual testing. Most of the recommendations were from things I self reported. I cannot trust changing my whole diet when I am presented with no data or facts or actual test results to study and verify. It turns out I spent hundreds of dollars to have a company pretend to test my samples, give me no results, and simply try to sell me supplements for $200 a month. Very, very sad because I was hoping this could help me fine tune my eating and supplements to overcome inflammation and start feeling energy again. I wanted to see my blood testing results, my saliva results, and my stool results. I wanted a lab print out of what was tested and what the numbers were in a broad range of areas.

It has been 6 weeks since I have sent my sample in, for gut health analysis and I have heard nothing. There have been no changes to my status on the app either.

So far, not so good: 1. The lab is taking over 3 weeks to process. 2. The messaging system is inconsistent with the time line. Ex: on messaging it says AI is analyzing the data yet still stuck in the upload process. Last upsetting thing is this: they're analyzing my samples again? That's my blood, spit and poop. That's a lot of vulnerability.

I’m very upset that I asked for this as a gift, received my kit, did the whole test, and come to find out that it’s all about selling supplements, not giving me the actual numbers on my samples. It’s a complete scam.

This whole process was to extensive and wasn’t smooth. The questions were too much guessing, no way this is accurate. The blood collection process was awful and there were too many questions I want my money back.

DO NOT BUY! I bought a kit last year and wasn't impressed and the suggested plan did not help me and the kit is an automatic subscription renewal. When I tried to cancel, it wouldn't let me so I have postponed or "paused" my membership multiple times because there is no service contact info anywhere. There is a button that does not work on the website. no email. no phone number, just instructions on how to pause your membership. Well now it won't even let me pause and I do not want to be charged a fee for something I have been trying to cancel for months!!! Such a scam!

One week after sending sample, no indication samples received. Suggest sending samples by UPS or FedEx - not USPS 3 star can change to 5 or 1 - not sure yet

I broke out into hives the first time I took the supplements. I stopped taking it after day 2. I don’t have a history of histamine issues nor allergies. The hives lasted three weeks with heavy heavy intervention from traditional chinese medicine, acupuncture, and a naturopath and a drastic change in my diet to low histamine diet. It disrupted my sleep and my digestion. I forgot to cancel the subscription so I received a second shipment. Now I’m seeing a functional/integrative medicine specialist. The fact that they don’t give you the actual results is sus. I would love to have my functional medicine doctor take a look at the results so I can further tailor. The integrative functional medical doctor (from looking at app results) thought that the prescriptions look like a black box and doesn’t give you the actual test results nor the option to consent to sending it to them. I attached an phot a one part on my arm—but these were all over my body.

Sent my samples 3-4 weeks ago. Keep getting things saying it’ll be done in 2-3 days, now it’s saying 1-2 weeks. Saying they have to reprocess my samples. I feel dumb for buying this now after reading all these terrible reviews. My samples have probably gone bad at this point

I subscribed to Viome for their gut health and still sampling analysis, hoping for a science-backed and streamlined experience. Instead, I’ve been left frustrated and disappointed. After sending in my original sample, I waited weeks only to be told there was a quality issue—and that they would send me a new kit at no cost. That was over a month ago. Since then, no tracking, no updates, no kit. I submitted a support inquiry and only got an AI-generated response telling me to check the app… which of course shows nothing. It’s a loop of empty promises and poor communication. What’s worse is that they appear to have outsourced support to Ava, prioritizing automation and profit over actual patient care. Based on other reviews, I’m not alone in this experience. For a company charging a premium and claiming to deliver personalized health insights, this level of disorganization and lack of customer care is unacceptable. Viome needs to be held accountable for its broken system. I regret giving them my money and trust. Beware before subscribing.
