No Customer Support post payment
I don’t know about the test results - but the complete lack of any customer service between payment and results is v frustrating. You cannot speak to an agent for love nor money so it seems. Just in one automated doom loop.

Takes way too long
This is solely based on the time it takes to get these results back . I sent mine back 2. 5 weeks ago. Today it told me I would get them in 1 day and it just updated to 30 days. For the cost of this test I am livid. Use another company.

Clumpy probiotics
Probiotics don’t get/stay dissolved no matter how hard you try …. not so fun to have clumps of probiotic in your juice.

SCAM
Don’t do it… if you want to cancel, the app won’t let you. I’ve been stuck for over 6 months pausing it and whenever I forget, I get charged and nothing I can do about it. I didn’t notice anything significantly change while I was using the supplements, biotics, or toothpaste regularly.

Nonexistent customer support. I completed the questionnaire the day I mailed in the sample but now my analysis is on hold because it says I need to complete the questionnaire. When I go to the questionnaire is as it is complete on both the app and website (104% complete strangely(. When I attempt to get support the useless chat bot sends me in a cycle of useless answers and then asks if I’d like to speak to an agent and when I request the agent the cycle starts over. If this company can’t write basic code to verify a form is complete how are they possibly writing code to analyze the stomach microbiome? I’m about ready to give up and dispute the charges for the 2 kits I ordered.

Not Good customer service
I have been trying to manage my subscription and canel all future supplements. I have tried on 3 different devices now and you guys are making it impossible! I have been following all the instructions to do so but keep getting nowhere. I am not happy. Please cancel my subscription and I will change my review. It should not have to be this hard

Poor cancellation policy
Not happy with Viome’s policy on cancellation. People should have the power to decide if they want to stick with something when they are spending their own money. Ridiculous that you have to stay with the subscription (they don’t offer to order one months worth to give it a try only subscription) at over $200 a month and if you cancel within the first 4 months you get charged another month. Lost a customer before I even got started.

Disappointed in ER
My supplements came well package, but when I begin to take my first dose, and my stomach was in so much pain from the supplement to where I had to go to the emergency room because some of the ingredients that was in the supplements and some of my food allergies in the ingredients, and I reported that I had food allergies and gave it to them, but they still added it to my supplement

An old lady's experience with Viome
The results are so comprehensive, but so easy to read, I am constantly re-reading the data, and even the data has notes that add to understanding. I am outside of the US so cannot get the supplements but am going to follow the food recommendations and buy the main supplements I need. This is a game changer for me - thank you. And just got an email with exercises to do, it's like you read my mind, just wondering about fitness.

Difficult and Frustrating Blood Sample Process
I really didn’t enjoy my experience with this test, especially the blood sample portion. The kit only included two blood pricking gadgets, and I had a difficult time drawing enough blood that morning. I wasn’t able to fill both samples completely, which was frustrating and upsetting. I ended up having to purchase additional tubes, but even then, it was uncomfortable having to prick multiple fingers. The process was also quite triggering for someone with a history of self-harm, which made the experience even more distressing. At this point, I’m not even sure if my results will be valid since I couldn’t collect enough blood. Overall, I’m really disappointed that the kit didn’t provide extra tubes and that the process was so difficult—especially for the price of $300.

Lack of communication
I have waited for weeks for the supplements to be delivered. I get a notification from shop that they were delivered and they weren’t. I had to call customer service to find out that they haven’t even been started!!! That I will have to wait another two weeks for processing. They are investigating to see why it doesn’t show my subscription. The labs went great but the supplement subscription has been sub par. There was no communication about a delay and no way to see about it in the app. I sent screenshots to the customer service representative, hopefully this gets fixed. I will change my review if things get fixed in a timely manner.
