Terrible customer service. I placed an order with Bullstrap over a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped per their website they state that orders are processed within about 24 hours and then shipped, with delivery via USPS typically 1–6 business days after shipping. There’s been little to no communication or updates, which is extremely frustrating. For a company selling premium-priced products, the lack of responsiveness and basic order fulfillment is unacceptable. I expected much better and would not recommend ordering if you need your item in a reasonable timeframe.

I replaced my black AirPods 4 case. I filed a claim and they sent a new one to me.

I have brought several products from Bullstrap including phone cases, cords, and AirPod cases. The cases have out-lasted my phones, the quality is 5-star worthy. The customer service response time is very quick, and they are always very helpful. I will continue to buy from this company, and recommend it to anyone.

Bullstrap’s lifetime warranty really is as good as it sounds. I just racked it for a replacement for my worn case and got a new one with zero issues. Hard to find this type of customer service nowadays. Lara H. Was great and responsive.

Their leather iPhone case is far and away the best case on the market. Made of extremely high-quality leather. And their customer service with their lifetime warranty is amazing. If you happen to drop your phone or damage the case in any other way, you just submit a claim and they send you a new case. Really impressive Customer Service. A few years ago I was on the search for a nice Iphone case that looked refined and professional. I stumbled upon Bullstrap and I have not looked back. I think I have owned 3 cases at this point. I love the feel of the case in the hand and how clean it looks. I also love how it ages with you on every adventure. I recently had a few accidents with my case and I reached out to their service team to ask for a replacement. Wil got back to me ON A WEEKEND and got me set up with my replacement. IT should be at my house this week. Service like this is highly uncommon and I appreciate it.
