The best case ever

I love the iPhone case that I have from bullstrap. Had an issue almost 2 years later. Will replied super quickly and resolved my issue.

I don’t know which case I’m reviewing as I bought six of them but I can tell ya all six of them are phenomenal! I have all the colors and you definitely can’t go wrong with any of them! The slate I can say is absolutely stunning in person- pictures don’t do it justice and it looks phenomenal on white or silver phones. The other colors are amazing as well! Superb quality on each and every one of my cases. Bullstrap is by far the best on the market

I’m reviewing the Bullstrap Contemporary Case (Ocean Blue) for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Overall, the case looks great and features high-quality leather—which is what keeps me coming back to Bullstrap. The camera ring is fully enclosed in leather, giving the back a premium feel compared to most cases that use a sharp metal ring. The power, volume, and action buttons are finished metal and have a fantastic tactile feel. However, there is a significant design flaw: the cutout for the camera control button. This area feels weak and compromises the case’s overall stability. I’ve already had to warranty the case once because this section cracked and broke, and despite exercising extreme care, it happened again. I requested to switch to the Minimalist Case, which offers a built-in camera control button and an open bottom, but customer service wouldn’t approve the change. While Bullstrap’s leather and button quality are exceptional, the fragility around the camera cutout is a serious issue. I generously give the Contemporary Case 3 stars (“Okay”), but it’s closer to 2. 5 in my book. Buyer beware: unless this design improves, expect potential durability issues.

I dropped the case and tore the corner so I filed a warranty claim on a Saturday afternoon and by Saturday night they had responded and already offered a replacement case at no charge other than shipping. The cases are great and service is even better.

This is the third or fourth Bullstrap case I’ve purchased for my iPhones. I’ve also checked out others and there is no comparison; you can’t get better than Bullstrap! The best protection, guarantee, and hand feel. If you’re considering a new leather case for your iPhone, don’t think twice. Bullstrap is the best!

Order was confirmed on December 9th, it’s currently January 6th and it still hasn’t shipped… what a joke.

Product quality is good but disappointed with slow shipping. I ordered two phone cases on Dec 19. I had to email them on December 30 for them to create a shipping label that day and did not ship it until January 2. Did not receive item until January 5. 19 days of waiting.

This product has great leather quality and a nice modern look. Also makes my iPad much easier to use with the adjustments on the stand. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love my new case! I purchased the Bourbon color that was on back order and it shipped about a week later! So impressed!

I love the product. However, while I'm hardly an environmentalist, the heavy plastic case it came in is probably the craziest waste of plastic I've ever seen. It's not even practical enough that I could reuse to store some little parts or something. It's just going right into a landfill, just for five seconds of impressive product presentation. It could just as well be wrapped in paper and slipped into a sleek cardboard box.

I've enjoyed my BS 16Pro case for over a year with no issues. Great look and feel. Recently, there was an issue with the leather weakening by phone button area. I requested a replacement and without hesitation, Vance with Customer Service replied and replaced my case without questions. The pictures showed the issue. I'm glad I'll be continuing to use my leather phone case for years to come. Highly recommend this company!

Had the leather phone case on my iPhone 15 for 2 years, it held out the whol way and still looked fantastic. I then purchased onef or my new 17 pro max, had a shipping issue (wrong address), and the customer service was fnatastic in helping me resolve the issue. Love this company and love their products and love their customer service!

A week before Christmas I ordered a case in expectation it would be delivered before Christmas. Christmas Eve, nothing had showed up still. I called and provided my order number only to find out that the product was backlogged. The rep told me I could order something else or wait another 1-2 weeks. Everything else I wanted was also back ordered something I opted to wait. It has now been another two weeks from my call and no communication yet. I plan on calling again tomorrow!

My MagSafe wallet, which I love so much, the “FindMy” feature had a glitch. I contacted Bullstrap’s Warranty team and within 48 hours I had a new one being shipped out - absolutely zero hassle!! Customer for life. This is my second Bullstrap set up. I had a case for my 13 Pro, and got a 16 pro Flex case, AirPods Case, and an Apple Watch Ultra 2 Band! I’m a customer for life - especially after the super easy warranty products. It’s clear that Bullstrap stands behind their stuff!

Stylish durable, quality products inside and out.

I’ve been using these products since they opened in 2018, and they’ve been some of the best quality leather goods out there, and their customer service sets it over the top. Lara has been amazing with resolving the few issues that have arisen. Absolutely recommend them for any leather goods.

My new "Mustang" case, that I expected would to be the lovely green color that I saw pictured on the website, turned out to be basically brown, kind of a brown muddy green. It was pretty disappointing
