These cases are amazing. But not perfect since they’re leather and get wear and tear. But the lifetime warranty offer is just. . incredible. 8 bucks and I get a new case? If you upgrade your phone a lot it’s probably not quite aa amazing but I’ve been using my iPhone 13 since I got it because it’s still working perfectly so for someone like me? I’ve gotten 2 replacements since 2021, this will be my third. And I could have gotten more if I wanted to cause you get two a year I think! VANCE is amazing by the way. I have several leather iPhone cases but Bullstrap definitely has the best craftsmanship. Feels great in your hand. Also the color wears perfectly and looks worn in fairly quickly. I was impressed by their warranty process as well. Had an issue with my case (not a leather or fit and finish issue) and the claim process was simple and Vance reached out directly to assist. Received my replacement case within a week or so. All in all great product and company and can’t recommend their cases enough.

Was a warranty return as my phone fell off my car (while driving) and was tore up fairly bad. No questions asked they shipped a new one out right away. The case is honestly unbelievable, Leather is very nice to the touch and gives the phone a super clean look.

I had issues receiving a confirmation email so I was questionable about if my order went through or not. Ever since Apple took away their leather cases I’ve missed having one on my phone. I finally ordered a Bullstrap case I don’t regret my decision. The quality of the case is amazing. Wouldn’t suggest any other brand.

I first bought (2) of Bullstrap’s genuine leather phone cases for my IPHONE 17 Pro Max after seeing their ad on Instagram. The description and warranty is what first sold me, although I did not know what to expect because I had several bad experiences with previous purchases from Instagram. When I received my order, they were exactly as described. The quality is second to none. They patina after a while and look awesome. They wear like iron. I can understand why they offer a lifetime warranty. It’s because the well constructed and quality phone cases will last forever, no exaggeration. I have purchased hundreds of other brands over the years and all of them deteriorated over time. Yes, they are more expensive than brands, but they will be your last purchase you’ll have to make. I normally don’t rotate cases, but these are so stylish and beautiful, I opt to switch them out. The colors are amazing. Additionally, I received an ad that said Bullstrap was retiring several colors and selling them for 50% off. I love the look, feel and quality so much that I decided to buy (2) more colors. My orders were shipped and packaged as not to damage them during shipping. They arrive in nice hard cases as well. The case is awesome and the customer service was better than that. I had purchased a case and foolishly left my phone in its new Bullstrap case on top of my car. As I was going down the road at about 35mph my phone flew off and skidded across the pavement. Needless to say the case had severe road rash, but the phone was unharmed. I contacted the warranty department and no questions asked a new phone case was shipped immediately. Really can't ask for anything more than that, will be my go to case from no one. I love the leather feel and it just looks nice.
