I accidentally ordered the wrong sized phone case from them. I noticed before it shipped and called in. They immediately fix the issue. When it got here, the quality of the case was perfect.

So I received my brand new Terra contemporary and I love it! The way it looks, feels and smells is premium top notch quality! Definitely the best leather case you can get it definitely knocks out Andar and Ryan London lol. The fit is great, the buttons are smooth and firm! No rattling! I’ve been a Bullstrap customer for one year now and I’m thankful to have come across them 😆 and the lifetime warranty is 100% on point! Legit! I’m so excited with my Terra contemporary can’t wait to see how it patinas! I’m so excited lol Bullstrap is the best!

You need to be clear about what “With camera button” and “Without camera button mean” I cannot be the only person that did not understand what it means? Maybe a picture showing with and without the camera button. Besides that your cases are nice. I bout one not knowing what that means and got a case with the cutout for the camera button. I thought it would be closed where the camera button is. I would have preferred the button if I knew without means the hole is cut out.

As we all know Bullstrap products are great but I wanted to call out the typically thankless but necessary job of customer service. I have recently interacted with Lara with Team Bullstrap who went above and beyond to get me to the finish line which was a new trackable wallet. Thanks again Lara for all your help, attention to detail, and great attitude, it is much appreciated.

Love their leather phone cases! Super stylish, comfortable to hold and great quality. I LOVE their warranty too! They stand behind their products and will replacement them if they show signs of wear and tear after a year. Great company and great product.

Decent case, very little screen protection. That’s the main thing by to protect on a phone. I should have done more research. The leather is very nice though.

Yes the cases are expensive but they are very high quality, fit perfectly, feel great in the hand and you get a lifetime warranty! In life you often get what you pay for, these cases are no exception!

Did a lot of research before buying this product and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the quality, color and fit. Best case in the market with MagSafe. I’ve had it for 1 year and 6 months and I’ve just requested for a replacement for which Will from Bullstrap has already scheduled one for me as I had the lifetime warranty. I don’t think I’ll be using any other case other than the one from Bullstrap. Highly recommend!

The minimaist case is everything I wanted in a case- protection, durability, low profile while maintaining a classy feel. But what surpasses the product itself was their customer service. Will helped me get my warranty set up and then I dropped my phone and messup the case within a few days and Will hooked me up with a warranty replacement. Fast, thorough and customer focused!

Initially had an issue with tracking number for my purchase, but Lara was able to get me correct tracking number. Product delivered on time as well. My second case I have purchased, and would highly recommend!

I was disappointed when Apple discontinued their leather phone cases. John Siracusa on the Accidental Tech Podcast had recommended Bullstrap so I decided to try it out. It's been fantastic. The leather is high quality, the buttons feel great, and it's super durable. Unfortunately my case got damaged and there was a tear in the leather. I contacted the support team and Lara H. and the rest of the team promptly shipped a replacement under their limited lifetime warranty. It's been an amazing experience. I couldn't be happier!
