When Apple stopped making their leather cases I was lost. But lost no more, Bullstrap is the answer!

With their warranty, I only have to buy a new case when I get a new phone. The quality is outstanding, and I highly recommend their products. So much so, everyone in my family now has one, and I just added a wallet to my purchases.

To start, I believe this is one of the best wallets I’ve owned. If not the best. Very compact and sleek. A distinct leather smell and look, I will continue to use these wallets til I die. Five stars

I will never purchase from Bullstrap again. I live in Canada and do a lot of online shipping with U. S. retailers. Typically any taxes, duties, etc. are specified in advance, and included in shipping charges. I was charged $18. 99 for delivery for a very small package (iPhone case). I placed the order on 07-Dec-2025 and it wasn't delivered until 07-Jan-2026, and I was charged an additional $23. 01 for tax and handling fee because the shipper didn't use a broker. In comparison, if I ordered from the largest online store (starts with A and has a Z), total shipping/import/tax fees average about $7. 50 for an iPhone case.

I have had this case for just a week. The IPad won’t stand up it keeps slipping, and the inside is already starting to disintegrate! Frankly terrible quality and build!

Both strap is a fantastic company that stands behind its product. I have used it lifetime warranty several times and they have never hesitated to back up their product. It is refreshing to find a company that keeps its word one that you can trust.

Ordered a black case for my new iPhone. It took a while for the order to ship from when it was ordered. I never received the case even though it had said it was delivered. I contacted customer service and Lara was great! She asked me to check with neighbors first which I had done. No order was had been delivered. Lara put another case in the mail and I just received it today. Love the case. Smells great and feels nice in hand.

I ordered a case for my new phone. Upon arrival, it was very well packaged and looked great. I installed it and loved the way it looked on my phone and the fit was perfect. Problem was that the camera button would not work. I took it off several times and completed the taskings on the video instructions and the button would still not work. I was really disappointed as I had been looking forward to the case. The five stars are for Lara at customer service. She made the warranty process easy and truly understood my concerns and frustration. I am still waiting on the case to arrive before I actually review the case. But customer service and, specifically, Lara were truly phenomenal.

The product looks great and feels great. On top of that, customer service has been amazing. Had a slight issue 3 months in and Bullstrap customer service was very understanding, helpful, and stood by their warranty. They had a replacement in the mail the very next day. It's honestly nice to see a company stand by their product, honor their warranty with no runaround, and treat their customers with kindness and respect. If you're on the fence, just buy it. Bullstrap is the real deal.

I’ve been trying to exchange a phone case for 3 weeks, I received only one response saying they company wasn’t working during the holidays and then an exchange was placed for the exact same product I was returning. I can’t anyone to answer my emails to correct the exchange. I’m dissatisfied with customer service and lack of response.
