I have owned three Bullstrap cases now and all I can say is the quality is impeccable. The warranty process is hasslefree great product great company.

I recently purchased the Bullstrap Minimalist Case - TERRA iPhone case and the Tera leather Apple Watch band, they are both very nice and exceptional quality. Looking forward to how they age over time.

I purchased a minimalist case in sienna in January. The case looked, felt, and smelt great. After a few months of pretty heavy use by myself, the leather looked a little discolored and grungy. I reached out to customer service and filed a claim for a replacement product under the lifetime warranty and received an email the same day approving the warranty and sent out the new case. The products are excellent, and the company and customer service is even better.

Hands down the best premium leather case I have ever used. After Apple discontinued their leather case I have been in search of a replacement and bullstrap exceeded my expectations. From the packaging to the warranty to the actual feel in the hands this is the best leather phone case you can buy.

Amazing products and amazing customer service!

Had a minor issue with the right side cutout. Contacted the company and was lucky enough to have Lara as my contact. Had a small issue and complete the return. Lara confirmed me the first morning said she had it all straightened out. It was and the new case is on the way. Lara displayed excellent customer service, don’t let her get away. Your company needs her. I also like the way Bullstrap back their warranty just as they said they would. Rate to see these days. Thank you for your excellent service.

I went on a spending spree with Bullstrap due to their amazing products but also great combo discounts and promotions. I had initially missed the $18 add on of a magnetic wallet when I purchased a phone case. I reached out to ask, hat in hand, if they'd offer it to me at that price, post purchase. They responded very quickly and did offer the lower price! Also got a leather laptop case and LOVE it. I'll definitely be back for more in the future.

Last year, when I got my new iPhone 17 Pro Max, I was really excited to find a beautiful and durable case for it. At first, I looked on Amazon, but when I saw some cases priced around $60, I decided to do more research. As a student, I hesitated to spend that much on a case, but I decided to go for it, and I’m really glad I did. I’ve been very happy with my purchase. Last year, they replaced my case quickly and without any issues when something happened to the original one. Lara was incredibly helpful throughout that process. A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to receive one of their free cases. They initially sent the wrong size, but after I contacted them, they promptly replaced it with the correct one. Love the beautiful crafted quality products and the customer service is exceptional (Lara). I have purchased several of their Apple Watch leather bands along with a wallet and a couple iPhone cases. My husband specifically adds Bullstrap items to his Father’s Day or Christmas lists when new color options are offered. We have had to use the warranty repair program only one time (6 years after a purchase) for a replacement hardware set for a watch band.
