I ordered a bulb for my hood over the oven and it turned out to be much smaller than I thought. I couldn’t find a place on your website to make a return so I just bought it at the hardware store

I paid $200. 00 for this lamp and it is not working correctly. It works for five minutes and then the TV goes blank, then the TV comes back on after one minute. So, it appears this lamp that I just received not too long ago is starting to fail already.

I was surprised the delivery service was so quick and grateful the company even existed at all. Thanks for being there!
