The photo of the star ornament does not show its true color. It does not match the ribbon I compared it to and will not be able to be used. According to your refund policy, seasonal items cannot be returned, even though I just received it. So now I’ve wasted quite a bit of money on something I can’t use. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.

Sucks, I installed it in a small lamp, turned it on and it flickered and went out. Tried in other lamps, DOA. Not impressed, threw it out.
