So very pleased that after 5 weeks without light in my bathroom, BulbAmerica saved me and my darkening mood. I had attempted via 4 local hardware shops to get replacement bulbs to my bathroom cabinet (2 fluorescent tubes) but all 4 failed me miserably. Enter BulbAmerica and ALL BACK TO NORMAL WITH GREAT LIGHTS. So go straight to BulbAmerica where help can be found as well as a magnitude of good products at reasonable prices.

Bulbs don't work. Why did you ship defective bulbs to me.

Quick ship out my order but when it didn’t work out and I returned it - they accepted my return and did not provide me with a refund. Questioning the trustworthiness of this company.

I was only able to find the bulb I needed to replace a broken 20 year-old one@ bulbamerica. com. I’m very grateful and will shop nowhere else. Forget the cheaper ones that other online markets go straight to Bob America.

I was actually quite impressed -- trying to track down bulbs that have been widely unavailable has been difficult. Your ad popped up and I gave it a look. I appreciated the fact I could ask a question- advising what I had, and what I thought would be similar, and I received an answer suggesting something that would be a closer fit. I also liked the fact that I didn't need to order an entire case of bulbs when I only needed 6. This vender will now become my new "go to"!

Bulb was less bright than old bulb. Reinstalled the old bulb. New bulb does not work well.
