Everything was well packaged and plants were all alive.

Get selection for my small tank.

The Malaysian driftwood was exactly as described. I had a problem with shipping, the postal service lost my package at first but finally found it

Shipping is fast and plants are usually in very good shape. This late one not so good. Hope they last.

All of my plants showed up quickly and in perfect condition. I’ve ordered from several different companies and none compared to the care and quality of Buce. This is the only company I’ll order from going forward!

Excellent customer service and beautiful plants!

I ordered 8 plants this time and all but 1 of them arrived looking wonderful and are already growing really well. The valliseria I got arrived brown and kind of falling apart. But I think some of that was due to the weather during shipping (95 degrees).

This heater is a bit more pricy than picking up an all in one canister but well worth the premium if you are into the more high tech aesthetic, or someone who already has other Chihiros products for your setup, such as a light.

Great plants, all arrived healthy. Shipping was quick and package was well prepared.

Perfect in every way! Great communication, fast shipping and plants arrived in absolutely perfect condition.

I have purchased quite a few plants here and am always pleased with the quality and quality. I live in so fl so temps are an issue. I lost a pot of staurogyne repens of a 5 pot package, as the delivery was a day late. They still issued me a credit, which was really nice. I expect some losses in shipping esp in the heat, but time and again I am pleased. Their anubias collection is fantastic!

Beautiful plants there were 2 anubius per container is was a awesome bonus

Great vendor with fast shopping and high quality plants!

Shipping is consistently fast. I wish you guys would just consistently tell me how much in exact dollar amount to get free shipping. Your shipping fees are pretty random.

Good as always
