I ordered plants when it was still pretty cold in the 30s to 40s. My package/shipment was timed to arrive when the temperatures were in the low 40s, I bought the insulated packaging. I contacted support regarding adding a heatpack to further mitigate the risks of DOA. But by the time support responded, the package had already been shipped out. I contacted support immediately after ordering and provided details and order number. I did receive a response so over it was a good experience, but I wish support had reached back out in time to actually do something about my request.
