I ordered aquarium plants from this store. They sent me grass with a warning that we don't use pesticides, but our partners may. I'm not putting that jelly coated crap in my tank. Do not purchase from these people.

I honestly don't normally do reviews, and I understand a plant survival rate isn't something a company can completely control. But I spent just under a $100 on a few different plants and all but 1 died pretty much with 48 hours. The nesaea pedicellata golden disappeared completely, the Bacopa purple turned to complete mush or disappeared, the rotala rotundifolia orange is right behind them looking extremely rough. The only one I purchased that is still alive is the fenestratarum mulyadii. Needless to say it's extremely disappointing. It's it possible to get a refund or store credit for these plants?

I'm really impressed by the health and quality of the livestock I ordered. My shipment was delayed by the carrier (no fault of BucePlant's), so I was bracing myself to have lost some of the shrimp or snails due to the extra day of travel. I was very pleasantly surprised to open my delivery and find everything inside going strong. It has been about a week now, and still no losses since they moved into their new home!
