Beautiful plant, very good quality, clean without any pests, it's growing very well

The aquatic plants I received were incredibly healthy and looked great right out of the package. They were easy to plant, and the online instructions were clear and helpful. I did a short quarantine just to be safe, even though they appeared clean and free of pests. Overall, a great product—very satisfied with the purchase.

Great product received it faster than I thought I would

I recently purchased both Spider Wood hardscape and UNS Controsoil for my aquascape, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The Spider Wood arrived in excellent condition with beautiful branching structure and tons of character. Each piece looked natural and unique, making it easy to create depth and visual interest in my aquarium. After soaking, it performed exactly as expected and has become the centerpiece of my aquascape. The UNS Controsoil has been equally impressive. The grain size is consistent, it’s easy to work with when building slopes and contours, and it provides a clean, professional look. The substrate holds its shape well and makes creating an attractive layout much easier. Overall, both products exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking to build a high-quality planted aquarium, I highly recommend Spider Wood and UNS Controsoil. Great quality, great appearance, and outstanding results.

Tank arrived very quickly and no issues

Overall awesome quality for flame moss. It has made the shrimp happy in the main tank and will make the ones thy will going into the tank that is almost ready to introduce shrimps

Customer service can be slow to respond but will take care of your needs when they do. Website and app can be finnicky, and reward points are seemingly impossible to apply to an order unfortunately.

Overall, the plants are very healthy, no hitch hikers which is a big stress relief, however many of the pictures don’t match what arrives. The pictures show large amounts of plants but in reality they’re about 70% less than the picture.

Never had an issue with BP and I keep ordering from them 👍
