I couldn’t be happier with these aquarium plants! They arrived extremely well packaged, healthy, and vibrant with no signs of melting or damage. The roots were strong, the leaves were bright in color, and every plant looked fresh right out of the package. After planting, they adapted quickly and are already showing new growth. It’s clear the seller takes great care in preparing and shipping their plants. I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality aquarium plants.

I have two orders placed and can’t brag enough at the quality of their products and their high commitment to customer service. My most recent order was lost by the geniuses at the post office who claim the package was likely stolen from my front porch which is ironic that someone would steal a package labeled live plants and ignore the three Amazon packages and that was even with me showing footage from my ring camera of me meeting the postal worker at the front door. But with one email to Buce they had replacements to my house within two days shipped via fedex.

My go-to site for plants! Shipping is quick and the plants are always live and well with no issues. The team is very pleasant to speak to and has great communication.

I don’t believe I’ve ever left a review on something like this, but Buce Plant has earned a good review with how many things they’ve successfully shipped me over the years. I was very happy with this order. I needed some dwarf sag for a friend’s tank, and the three bundles I ordered came in looking fantastic. They were very healthy and had excellent roots. The Anubias Congensis ‘Mini’ I ordered for myself really surprised me with how pristine and undamaged it was. It came with two plants in the pot, and they were both very healthy. Each had new leaves coming in. I provided photos of them in my vivarium. I grow them emersed along with my Anubias congensis (not from Buce Plant) and Bucephalandra kishii (from Buce Plant). Every order I’ve gotten from them has been this good.

Shipping rose to $12, apparently. It's still not an obscene amount, but larger, less necessary purchases might as well be encouraged to dilute the cost. Support is taking their time with the DOA claim, but I'm glad they at least allowed a bit of leeway as I wasn't able to arrive in 12 hours to the location I sent the plants to. Reasons were out of my control, but still made my best effort to get there soon (and still on time when using competitors' DOA policies). We'll see how my DOA claim goes, fortunately it's only one of the 7 items that are highly likely DOA, as the others look like they might make it through, despite a rough time for many under 2. 5 days of darkness during shipping.
