Everything was shipped in a timely manner. Plants and wood came in two boxes connected to each other, make sure to open the bottom box. My order was large. All plants arrived alive and in tact. The items were much larger than expected which was great for the price I paid.

Fast shipping of plants. I got a plant damaged and they wete immediately replaced with beautiful plants. I also bought a very large bonsai and it was amazingly well packaged. I have made two purchases and will probably continue to order here due to the competitive pricing and hogh quality specimens.

19 out of 20 shrimp survived shipping! Only one has passed away after acclimating them for a few hours and moving them to the tank. Happy with the survival rate. Shrimp are a nice dark green.
