Shipping was slower than expected and communication was not great. Had to reach out several times for updates and got a generic response. Finally handed the details over to my husband so he could be a little more pushy.

I ordered a beautiful fireplace screen for my living room. The screen was shipped quickly, incredibly well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. The screen is beautiful, excatly as descriped and pictured. It makes a lovely finish to my fireplace. The communication from BSEID regarding my order and shipment was also great!
