Product took quite a while to ship and be received. . . . customer service was responsive though had no great answers at first. Eventually it worked out.

Product was on back order so I didn't receive it until a few weeks after Christmas. There is absolutely no need in this day and age to use a thousand loose styrofoam peanuts in the box. They are bad for the environment. Use crumpled up paper or something else for your packing material.

Faster delivery than predicted!

I’ve had my eye on this fireplace screen for years, but it is only available from a few sellers and I didn’t know if I could trust these sites. I found BSEID, looked them up, and saw that it was a legit brick and mortar design store out of state. The reviews looked good, so I took a chance when they had a sale. I’m so glad I did! I got regular updates on my order by email, it was shipped quickly, and arrived in about a week. It arrived as a large, heavy box, but was expertly packed and in pristine condition when unwrapped. I love my new fireplace screen and would absolutely recommend this site to anyone.
