The box was damaged when it arrived. . . but the products had been wrapped well. The items were not damaged. The shipping communication was not as expected. . . but I am one of those people that track my items! I am very satisfied with the product and will order from the company again.

My experience with bseid hasn't been the best. I ordered the item in February and didn't receive it until May. I had to reach out several times for an update. I was told the company was out, now this would be okay, however as the customer I should have been notified.
