Shipping is too expensive and limits my purchases. It would be nice to receive a discount or coupon to motivate more purchases.

Everything was great. Love my rattan wall hanging. Made the living room beautiful

Faster delivery than predicted!

I’ve had my eye on this fireplace screen for years, but it is only available from a few sellers and I didn’t know if I could trust these sites. I found BSEID, looked them up, and saw that it was a legit brick and mortar design store out of state. The reviews looked good, so I took a chance when they had a sale. I’m so glad I did! I got regular updates on my order by email, it was shipped quickly, and arrived in about a week. It arrived as a large, heavy box, but was expertly packed and in pristine condition when unwrapped. I love my new fireplace screen and would absolutely recommend this site to anyone.

Awesome job!!!

Quality product and delivery experience

I absolutely love shopping with BSEID! I recently ordered a vinyl mat and a bronze fireplace screen - and both exceeded my expectations. The quality is fantastic, the designs are beautiful and they've added such a special touch to my home. Everything feels well-made and stylish. Highly recommend BSEID for unique, quality home decor!

Perfectly boxed and shipped on time.

Great experience from beginning to end with your company. I looked at many different online stores. At least 10 to be exact, and decided to order from BSEID. I’m very happy I did. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Excellent!

The box was damaged when it arrived. . . but the products had been wrapped well. The items were not damaged. The shipping communication was not as expected. . . but I am one of those people that track my items! I am very satisfied with the product and will order from the company again.

Amazing job. Great communication and on time delivery
