Sean was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process—ensuring I got the right size, selecting the perfect diamonds, and making sure every detail was exactly how I envisioned it. When my fiancée saw the ring, she was absolutely stunned. To this day, she continues to receive endless compliments! While it wasn’t the exact design she originally had in mind, she let me take a chance—and I have to say, I nailed it! Sean and his team truly take care of their customers, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I understand that choosing a lesser-known jeweler can feel like a leap of faith, but trust me, it’s well worth it. The craftsmanship and uniqueness of her ring are outstanding, and similar designs elsewhere cost five times as much. The only feedback I have for Sean and his team is to maintain consistent communication with customers. For a purchase of this magnitude, regular updates provide peace of mind. There were times when Sean went MIA for a couple of days after I requested a status update, which caused a bit of concern. However, he always got back to me, and everything worked out perfectly. And to his credit, for being in a timezone 7hrs ahead, he was pretty snappy with his replies I’d also recommend ordering at least two months in advance, as they are based in Israel and may experience occasional delays. That said, once the ring shipped, it arrived at my door in Canada within just four days via DHL. All in all, I highly recommend Sean and his team. They deliver exceptional quality and service, and I’m beyond grateful for the beautiful ring they created for my wife to be!

Everything about this purchase was perfect. Sean at Brilani sent messages often to let me know where we were in the process. He told me exactly when my ring would arrive and it did. So much care was taken in the packaging. The ring box was nestled into a beautiful larger box that even has a drawer that holds my ring information and guarantee. This ring is incredibly beautiful. The craftsmanship is impeccable. It fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear all day. I literally couldn’t speak for several minutes when I opened the box. It is beyond my expectations.
