I had an overwhelmingly great experience. I bought the Marlene ring. There are many adjectives that I could use to describe the ring, but I choose to use beautiful and stunning. The sapphire is gorgeous and is the right shade of blue which I find very appealing to the eye as are the brilliant cut trapezoids on the sides, which sparkle and adds to the rings beauty. I have had many compliments since I started wearing the ring. I can’t say enough about Sean, he was very attentive and always prompt and professional when corresponding with me via e-mail, which I appreciated immensely. His attention to detail far surpassed my expectations. I was sceptical at first to purchase a ring from a foreign company that I had never heard of before, but Sean lessened my anxiety by being patient and explaining in detail the process every step of the way. I can honestly say that my experience has been nothing but positive. I will definitely be placing another order.
