-The purchasing shipping and receiving was very well done. When paying $300 for a sling bag, you expect quality leather. I’m not a leather expert, but it seems extremely stiff and not what I expected.

The monogram was terrible compared to my first one. The letters are so close together that you can’t really read them. I reached out already but heard nothing. This is a shame for such an expensive bag.
