Nicely sized with good combination of pockets and compartments for organization. It squeaks when it moves and a black wallet was sent with the brown briefcase and they refuse to send a brown one without me paying the shipping.

We purchased a Buccio Ragusa Italian Leather Briefcase as a gift, which came with a hefty price tag. After 2-1/2 years of normal use, the brass latch on the bag snapped. It wasn't abused, the part just prematurely failed. After contacting Customer Service, they sent the link to purchase the latch and replace it myself. The replacement price on their site for just the latch was $69. . . When asked if they would warranty the part, they refused on the grounds that the 1 year manufacturer warranty was expired. I also asked if they would provide the part at cost, at which point they stopped replying. For products of this quality, I expected better longevity and customer service.
