The service and timeliness of delivery was excellent! I am, however, returning the product because it was smaller in height than I prefer.

Briefcase looks great; has adequate storage for my needs; and meets my expectations. The zippers are a little finicky and the latches do the flap don’t engage, more often than not. Not a dealbreaker, but just a bit of a Quality Control issue.

I ordered a briefcase that was supposed to be delivered in time for Christmas. I ordered the case, the strap, customized it, deep conditioning and expedited it. I received an email from them a few days later “reminding” me that this was a pre order item when it absolutely was not. I do not appreciate being gaslit. The site clearly said it was in stock and I could get it customized in time for Xmas. I wasn’t offered a discount or at least a refund on the expediting fee or anything to make up for their mistake. Had to wait until half way into January for it to arrive. By the time they first emailed me it was too late to order somewhere else. If your order has time constraints be careful. .
