We ordered this case as a law school graduation gift. I ordered it online and it was immediately shipped. The entire process was easy. The weathered look of the case looks amazing and the quality is very good. I would highly recommend it.

My computer bag strap broke (I load a lot into it!), and Claire Chase was great at getting it fixed. It took a bit longer than I wanted (was over the holidays), but the repair work was excellent and cost nothing. They stood behind the product. I also had a screw come out of my roll-aboard luggage after many(!) years of use. They responded to my inquiry same day on that one, and ordered more screws, but also said it might be faster if I just tried the local hardware store. Problem solved for about 40 cents!
