Great briefcase!

Item is well made and material quality is good.

My nephew became chief of police, and this was his gift. He absolutely loved it.

Great product overall

Beautiful product purchased for graduation/birthday gift. She is thrilled. Love the color, spot on (red)!! Will be back for other gifts!!

It’s very nice

I love the briefcase, my only problem is the latches are not even and do not close correctly. Besides that I love the it!

My experience with this company has been completely negative. I recently ordered a briefcase from this site, expecting a high-quality product. However, when the item arrived, it was defective. I immediately contacted customer service about the issue. It took them over seven days just to reply to my initial email. Since August 20, 2026, I have received no further response regarding my request for a full refund.

You delivered it to the wrong address and I never received it

Nice product line. Fast, efficient service. R. K.

The replacement strap arrived within a few days and matches my case perfectly!
