Easy process with expedient shipping

Item was a disappointment

Nice bag, but the photo suggests that the handles can be used to sling the bag from the shoulder. The handles are too short, and if you look closely, the photo shows the bag photo was pasted to the model photo. Had to return it because I needed to sling it over my shoulder.

Broken handle

You wrapped the wallet in plastic and it came through USPS 2 weeks after I ordered. . Didn’t even come in a box. Paid 10. 00 for shipping. Not impressed. I wont be using you again. Not returning b/c your return policies are ridiculous.

If you are even considering purchasing a briefcase from this "company," allow me - as a licensed attorney and the unfortunate recipient of one of their so-called custom briefcases" - to save you hundreds of dollars, countless emails, and your remaining sanity: RUN. Run like you're opposing counsel who just realized they filed into the wrong case number. My girlfriend, who is far kinder and far more generous than this company deserves - spent nearly $500 on a custom engraved laptop briefcase for me. That level of money suggests durability, craftsmanship, professionalism - maybe even pride in one's product. Instead, what I received was a masterclass in structural failure, consumer frustration, and customer service incompetence so profound it borders on performance art. The handle broke off in under two weeks. Not from misuse - not from overloading it - not from swinging it around like a medieval flail - but because the screws literally fell out. They evacuated the briefcase like they were fleeing a burning building. Replacement screws? Apparently rarer than Bigfoot. "Billy" from "customer-service" [insert joke here] must not understand the screws they use are not available over the counter, as over-the-counter options simply do not exist. (We tried multiple different stores. ) We had to beg the company to send new ones. Considering the product arrived defective, we asked for expedited shipping. The company declined - because apparently the concept of accountability is as foreign to them as basic quality control. When the screws finally arrived, they sent the wrong size. Wrong by a laughable margin. Wrong in a "someone didn't even look at the SKU" kind of way. We emailed them again. Silence. Nothing. Radio static. We had to restart the entire communication chain just to get someone to acknowledge the problem again. The briefcase was allegedly "buffalo leather. " Let me state this plainly: you would genuinely be better off going out, locating an actual buffalo...
