Long wait for arrival but painless return process.

After the first product didn’t get successfully delivered, they sent a replacement to my home. I received that, and it works great!

Besides the mattress shipping getting VERY delayed (my friends got theirs before me and we ordered at the same time..), I am very happy with my mattress.

Great product, poor customer service and took very long to be delivered. Couldn’t reach anyone through email or by phone. Thought we had been scammed and then finally the product arrived. Lack of customer service is the reason for the 3 stars, happy with the product though.

I bought the same product two years apart. Quality declined significantly. Also production time on my recent purchase was way longer than expected. It took forever to arrive, but I will say that customer service was super helpful when it to tracking my shipment

I had to call the hotline as it took a month to get but after that it shipped no notification from the beginning that it would take that long

I got 2 beds for my dogs. They LOVE how comfortable the beds are and I like the fact they're waterproof! The only con is that within a week some of the stitching started coming out on the bed. This is frustrating because these beds are NOT cheap! I'm just hoping the stitching won't come undone completely!
