We purchased the 11" All Foam King and are very pleased with it after over a month of sleeping on it. I've had memory foam in the past that really sunk around our bodies after a month, and this one just has slight indentation -- I can tell where the middle of the bed hasn't been slept on, but it's only marginally different. We also sleep hot, and the mattress hasn't felt stuffy like some memory foams do. Another thing I was wondering about pre-purchase was whether the edges would hold up: they do just fine. It doesn't have the seamed edge like some mattresses, but there is no crazy sinking feeling when you get off the bed. All in all, a great purchase and we're very happy with it.

There was a big gap between when my shipping label was created and when my item shipped. I think I first checked in after two weeks had passed? In the end, I think it took more than a month to arrive. But my experience with customer service was so pleasant that I decided to wait for the product, rather than cancel. It really makes a difference when customer service is friendly, understanding, accountable, and apologetic. This is the sixth product I've ordered from Brentwood home. Most of them have huge shipping delays. But the customer service is so friendly and genuinely supportive and accountable, that I find it's always worth the wait. I would order from them again and I would recommend them to others--just with the caveat that it may take a long time for your item to arrive and you may need to check in with customer service many (many) times over the course of the weeks or months it takes to fulfill your order.

I want to rate 5 stars but here is why I'm rating 3: I bought this pillow for my 78 year old father who struggles with acid reflux. The pillow's quality is good and it's well priced, I just wish I ordered the 7-inch instead. The 10-inch pillow felt good for napping but too high for his comfort sleeping overnight (we purchased it for night sleep). He kept sliding down the pillow and sleeping on his side was not very comfortable. In addition after a few night's use, he began getting lower back pain, probably because the gravity caused compression. If you're looking for an overnight solution, I recommend going with the 7-inch pillow, that might help to avoid at least 2 out of our 3 issues. Other than that, shipping was prompt and everything arrived in great condition.
