A great product with good service

Good afternoon. I purchased your products on the understanding they would help with my hair growth and prevent hair loss. Unfortunately, the opposite has happened and I have lost significant amounts of hair. My hairdresser was shocked that my hair had become thin in such a short amount of time. She suggested I stop using the product immediately. I understand everyone is different. I'm just so disappointed, especially as the products are expensive.

We purchased the thermal brush and it is fantastic! I don’t typically leave reviews but this brush is too good not to share. It works great to straighten and smooth hair once it’s all ready dried. We first received an incorrect item but the customer service team handled the issue seamlessly. They were prompt and friendly resolving the error. This type of customer service is so uncommon anymore. It’s great to know that quality products and companies still exist.

I had my bondiboost less than a month, it's already broken, unusable (no longer gets hot) I tried to start the returns process and although all correspondence has been to my email address, and I was sent this review request to my email address asking me about my recent purchase - I get the error message "Oh no, we couldn't find that order. Make sure your email is correct one attached to your order. " before all of this - I would of been leaving 5 stars.
