Ordering online was easy and luckily the products I bought were on sale. My order arrived in a timely manner. Only thing I was a little disappointed about was that the packaging has Bondi Boost in large bold lettering which might encourage a theft if left unattended for too long on a porch.

Sent the wrong product and not only did they send the wrong product. The wrong product doesn’t even work! I have now contacted BondiBoost 3 times regarding the wrong item sent and my wife has contacted them twice including reaching out on social media. I have received emails back from them regarding proof of purchase which was sent but after sending proof of purchase they stopped reaching back out. I am now stuck with the wrong item which is broken and now am forced to go through my bank to file a dispute due to lack of customer service. I highly do not recommend this company.

I am so happy I finally bought this! I had seen mixed reviews but finally ordered and it has quickly become my favorite way to style my hair for a blowout look. Super easy and quick to use and doesn’t damage my hair. Highly recommend!

When I opened the box on Christmas Day the tool was brand new out of the box and missing the on/off switch so I was unable to use it. I immediately contacted BondiBoost on instagram and via the website. I was replied too the following day and advised to send an email with a video of the issue and a photo of the batch code sticker which I did immediately and replied. The following day I was advised I had to make a warranty claim. Cut the cord and submit photos of the cut cord and the batch code and my name written on a piece of paper. I completed all this immediately feeling disappointed that I had to claim under warranty when it was literally straight out of the box. I am still waiting to hear if my warranty claim will be accepted?! This email requesting a review of my product has come through before the response to my warranty claim.

Unfortunately I’ve found the product actually dries my hair out rather than hydrates and irritates my scalp, so I won’t be ordering again and I’m trying to alternate with another product after spending $$$ so it’s not a complete waste.

I returned it. I burnt my hands twice on the product. you cannot accomplish wrapping you hair to style just by using just the top and bottom. Maybe supply a hot glove with it. Laura
