Didn't like how it worked on my hair

I already sent an email about this, but no one responded. I had a terrible allergic reaction to one of the products, I believe it was the miracle mist leave in conditioner. My face broke out in hives and was red and flush for days. It took over a week for the bumps to go down. The only thing I had changed in my routine was the shampoo, conditioner, and the mist. Very disappointed especially since I bought a bundle of products! Even more so that no one responded to my email.

The bondiboost product that I purchase is great overall. I only have one problem with it is a little harsh on the hair. I have always used diffferent hair stylers and I have also tried other brands but this one seems like it harsh on the hair. Like I am not sure if it’s made from titanium like other brands but it doesn’t seem like it. Anyway it’s pretty good overall.

My hair is getting matted from using shampoo in shower. The conditioner is nice and helps get the matts out. I don’t think it’s working my hair is still shedding. I have been using it for about 3 weeks. I won’t buy again.

I’m a long term HG duo user and can’t speak more highly of the shampoo and conditioner combo and the results I’ve seen. My friends always comment on how fast my hair grows but I actually started using this brand after extreme hair loss due to trauma. I saw results very quickly and would be reluctant to ever try anything else.
