Not working for me

Bought the Bondi Boost ever last styler for my daughter for her birthday. Had it 6 months, started off well, she liked it but then the brush and wands just started to fall off the base so it became unusable. Contacted support under the warranty and was asked if I had used it overseas. Wish I had lied and said no but I was honest as of course anyone is going to need to take their hair tools overseas. However was then informed by Bondi Boost about their T and C’s that you can’t use the products overseas and if you do the warranty is void. I mean how ridiculous, I have taken every hair tool I have ever owned overseas and none have failed within the warranty period. It seems like a way to get out of the warranty as they know their product is not made to last and has an inherent defect. Or if taking it overseas really causes it to fail then that is a flawed business model anyway as I want to buy a product that I can travel with.

Ordered the Infrared Blowout Brush a week before my trip and paid for 2 day delivery— which cost me $15. After the 2 day time period, I still hadn't received any updates on my order. I emailed the company and they assured me the product would arrive on time. The product never arrived before my trip; they finally sent me an email over 2 weeks later letting me know that the package was "lost". Didn't follow up with any kind of coupon or discount for the major inconvenience and time wasted, ultimately got my refund after 4 emails.
