The product is nice. I like having a two-in-one leave-in conditioner and heat protectant. The smell is very pleasant and adds shine to my hair. I unfortunately had my first bad experience with BondiBoost after years of buying from them. I thought the product was lost in the mail (thankfully it ended up arriving) but when I reached out for help with customer service I felt like the rep was trying to shame me. I was really distraught over the treatment and I think the customer service process has a lot of room for improvement. I do like BondiBoost as a whole and I won't let one bad experience turn me away from it, but I will be more cautious shopping one the website in the future.

Really seems to be helping. Following a weight loss journey, where I did not prioritize protein for a while, I found myself with very stringy, thin hair. I was constantly losing a significant amount of hair every wash day. I’ve been using Bondi HG shampoo, conditioner and serum for about 4 weeks coupled with focusing on protein intake. I see way less shedding after washing. I feel confident with continued use and growing out my hair, I will recover from my stringy, thin hair situation

I brought these 51mm blow-out brush to replace my 75mm blow out brush that died. Because my hair is a little shorter now I thought the 51mm might be better but I find the bristles hard and the brush difficult to use
