I wanted to love this. Unfortunately it didn’t have much of an effect on my fine, wavy and slightly frizzy hair. It did leave my hair feeling soft but not much more so than blow drying and straightening. I ordered it from Bondi Boost and returned it within the return period.

I had an extremely disappointing outcome on the arrival of my parcel . Where one item had opened in travel pherhaps. Trying to resolve this took as many as 8 emails and often with repeat questions that had been asked by someone different . After being a customer since the very start this transaction was disappointing enough for me to shop elsewhere.

I have been using HD shampoo and conditioner for many years now, and I can happily say that it has dramatically improved my hair loss as well texture. Initially, I didn't think much of the products, but after three months of regular use, the improvement is quite noticeable. I would say they are average in the customer service department. Everything else was great.

The hair mask is phenomenal!! I have curly, frizzy hair, but it feels like silk after using it. I love it!!
