Not at all what I expected. It heats up like it needs to, however, it tangles in your hair. Have patience because its not good if you are in a rush! It takes a bit.

Worse than drug store shampoo! Was recommended this by a friend but maybe the formula has changed, as this shampoo (tried both hydration and anti-frizz) dry my hair out so terribly that I can't even run my fingers through it without it breaking. Horrible. Will be throwing away over $100 of products that I just bought.

I’m really happy with this hair styler! It works very well and makes styling my hair so easy. The curling attachment creates beautiful curls, the hair dryer dries my hair quickly, and the hot air brush gives my hair a smooth, salon-like finish. It’s very easy to use and saves me a lot of time. The only small issue I’ve noticed is that sometimes the hot air brush attachment becomes loose while I’m using it. I make sure it’s attached properly and locked into place, but occasionally it still comes loose, so I have to switch the device off and reattach it before continuing.

Shipping took a little longer than I thought it would and I was eager to try it so I actually bought a second device from a local store while I waited and gave the one I ordered online to my mum as a gift for Mother’s Day ended up working out well and I love the brush so much
