I actually want to get it refunded, just not sure how. It doesnt work on my hair at all. It breaks my hair or pulls them all out. And the effect isnt a blowout at all, it doesnt stay even for just 30mins. Ive researched and tried every technique i could find online. Sorry but wouldnt recommend. Had such high hopes for this product.

Way to drying, using the shampoo my hair is a matted knot, and the conditioner does nothing to correct this. I’ve experienced way more hair breakage because my hair is now very dry and very brittle from using these products.

The products made my hair feel very nice, but I prefer a different feel with my shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo did not lather as much as I would typically prefer and the conditioner was thinner than I would like. That being said, my hair was very soft after I washing and conditioning, which I really enjoyed.

My order was a disaster. So sad about it! I was putting high hopes at this brand. I ordered multiple products, first - box came totally broken with huge hole, I was surprised the items were all inside. The shampoo leaked all over. I didn’t take a pic of the wet pink paper - so no refund of course. Second fail - the shampoo was total loss. Leaving my hair messed up and dried up. I needed to use ton of conditioner to reverse the damage. The leave in conditioner, leave in oil treatment and bond repair serum has horrible pump, gives too much product and you need to rub it in. So you need to use minimal product which doesn’t help with brushing but it makes your hair too heavy with greasy look. So I had to wash my hair multiple times again. BIG FAIL, definitely not worth of money. Not satisfied at all. Not coming back to this brand.
