Ordered the Infrared Blowout Brush a week before my trip and paid for 2 day delivery— which cost me $15. After the 2 day time period, I still hadn't received any updates on my order. I emailed the company and they assured me the product would arrive on time. The product never arrived before my trip; they finally sent me an email over 2 weeks later letting me know that the package was "lost". Didn't follow up with any kind of coupon or discount for the major inconvenience and time wasted, ultimately got my refund after 4 emails.

glides smoothly, heats up very quickly, doesn’t make your hair feel fried whatsoever!! I’ve had it over 2 months now and it’s seriously so much better than my previous ghd of 15 yrs. If you are considering buying a straightener, this should be ur pick!!

Best company ever

Mini round brush given as a gift, never worked. Recipient has been trying to get it replaced for over a month and still not received it or a refund. Customer service keeps asking for things that have been sent several times over. Very disappointing customer service.

Was highly disappointed, even bought the shampoo and conditioner, and just left my head, dull and matted feeling

Bought the thermal brush on sale for $100 which is super good so didn’t mind trying it even if didn’t love it for that price. Have only used it a handful of times cause my wavy hair goes frizzy when I use this much quicker than when I straighten it or curl it w my curler or flat iron. If I just want soft, low heat-damage bouncy straighten hair for an arvo not bad, but won’t replace a straightener or other hair tools.
