I have had a Bonavita for years. The coffee taste great. The only issue I have is the brewing cycle. Doesn't seem to truly end. It continues to leak for quite a while so, I have to put a dish under it.

Shipping seemed reasonable. Considering the weather issues out West arriving in Midwest. UPS driver rang my apt buzzer to alert me. Glad you include heavy packing since the box looked pretty dirty. Thanks!

There are not enough stars to adequately rate this coffee. It’s off the charts smooth and delicious. I drink it black…something I’ve never done before.
