Customer service is excellent. It’s hard to find the original larger (8cup) carafe, and Bonavita kindly notified me when it was back in stock. Once ordered, it was promptly sent. Very satisfied.

Bonativa customer service answered my question, which was whether I could get just a replacement lid. I was able to get a replacement lid. That part was good. It had to be attached to a whole replacement carafe, which I didn't need. That part wasn't as good.
