The parts arrived on time and amazingly not damaged even though @Fedex did their best to destroy them.
Still have not received my package, customer service was good bc I had to change my address. But my package is a week late

i have been waiting for over a month now for my part that i have already paid for. no information as to why i still don't have it or where it is

After ordering the part I was informed when it took too long to come in but it was on back order and it would be shipped out as soon as it was available. It was not until after it was taking too long to arrive when I was informed that there was going to be a delay.
I had to return it because it didn't fit my car and I haven't received my refund yet

Great. I was able to go online and look up the parts I needed. I put my VIN number in and you checked to make sure the part would work. No one dose that for there customers anymore.
Like the more competitive price. Use Realoem to get part numbers. Most parts arrive in a week, so if you find a worn part during removal, need to plan for another week.
Ordered parts and had it shipped expedited because I needed them. Waited over a week and tracking showed it hadn’t been picked up yet. I called and they said they were waiting on fedex to pick up the order. After a week of waiting I canceled the order and ordered my parts elsewhere. While the fedex issue was not their fault, I feel like 90% of an online store is logistics.
Before I order I called the Parts Department to see how long delivery would take. I was told a couple days for them to get and another 3 days to ship to me . . it took 2 weeks when I tried to check on the order they said it had been delivered. . I had not received it . . upon emailing they had the wrong order number so I would say that the communication was not very good… I’m glad I finally received the part. .
The purchase was not easy, and the person on the phone was less then helpful
