Fast and easy process.
Thought I was getting a bike rack. Have no need for the part I received
I think they shipped me the wrong wiper blades, but maybe I ordered th wrong ones? Either way, they took them back and refunded me.
Purchased floor mats on 6/11. Received order confirmation but not shipment tracking . I had to follow up on 6/20 and was provided a tracking number however the tracking shows only a label created and no movement of the package after a week. I’m not sure if this is just terrible service or a scam.
I place an order several weeks ago. After a week and a half I was told it finally shipped. The tracking information say that a label was created but not dropped off. Nothing has progressed for another week. I called and was put on hold with no response for 20 minutes
My order of 2 parts for $47 showed shipping of $228. I left the site. After calling in omen part was not available and the shipping for the other was $5. I revised my order and finished checking out. I later got 3 emails asking me to complete my order. Another call to find if my order went through and to ask when it would be delivered. About a week later the part arrived.
Zero response to multiple of my messages. Paid $70 for overnight shipping and waited 2 weeks for my part to arrive. Would love a refund but cannot get ahold of anyone or get a response.
Almost two weeks and the part has not been sent.
While Max was a pleasure to work with the part delivery aspect was a disaster. Upon checking status of delivery I was informed that a FedEx driver was not picking up packages at the dealer for over a week resulting in several packages including mine just sitting there waiting to be shipped. I feel that someone should have took the initiative to pick up the phone, call FedEx and schedule another driver for pickup. I was informed that a delivery date for my package could not be provided and the dealer would have to find an employee to drop off packages at local FedEx later that week. I was offered a full refund on the transaction which I accepted. Just seems like a simple phone call to FedEx would have solved the issue.
Unfortunately the part did not work. I'm in the process of returning it.
Parts fit perfectly, quick delivery, would use again
Very easy to navigate the website and find the product needed and they make it fool proof to make sure it the right part to match your vehicle. Loved the updates on the status and shipping of my product in real time.
I had ordered from parts department on-line and received a response and was told someone would call me. Nobody did. I had to wait until a day I could make the trip from Waddell to go ask for the part in person. I got it ordered, but now have to make a trip back again to pick it up the following day. I’m disappointed that this simple process couldn’t have just been done over the phone.
Incorrect part delivered.
I made an online order for three parts for my mini Cooper. The parts shipped within 3 days but for some reason USPS didn't update any tracking information after the label was generated for the package. After a couple of days of no other information being received, I called and spoke with a very helpful customer service rep who was going to send me another set of parts next day due to the mix-up. Turns out it was a problem with USPS! The original package delivered the day after our conversation. I called back and spoke to the same super friendly representative, canceled the second parts, and had a good laugh with him as well! Customer service was outstanding, wait time and shipping was perfect, parts are going on my vehicle as we speak! Cannot recommend any more highly!!!
No customer support for online orders.
The online site is good when you know what to look up. Would be better if there was a diagram with a number pointing to the part and any other part that is needed to help you Finnish your install. Customer service over the phone seem like their inconvenienced by the caller. No greeting, no friendly tone, your put on hold and somone else asks takes over having you restate your reason for calling. It would be very helpful to be updated how the order is going. For example, I had a few parts that needed more time. Would have been nice to be informed or that. The parts came wrapped, labeled and well boxed. Thank you
After waiting two weeks for my part, the box was empty. Still waiting for a response from this company.
I like bmw mini parts depot. I get parts for a fair price, in a reasonable amount of time and a good selection of oem parts. The only hickup was that they packed heavy items on an oversized box this last time. Parts shifted a lot during transport and part boxes where damaged inside. Not great for storing extras I hot. Thankfully nothing was broken.
