Cant get someone to call me back. Ordered the wrong part and asking for help to return it and order correct part. I have tried calling and noone answers. I sent email request on your website and have heard nothing. Appreciate someone calling me back. 952 261 5667. Thank you.
The part itself and the price were great. I paid $20 for shipping to receive the part over a 2-day window. 2 days past that, I went to the post office to retrieve as I had a deadline to get my car repaired before going out of town. It was the holidays so I don’t know if it was slow to be shipped or if it was the post office.
I purchased a few small but needed parts for my MINI and paid the extra to get this shipped out to me next day. When I noticed that this didn’t occur in that timeframe, I called the number on the site. I then was connected to a disgruntled employee that spent a vast amount of his time on the phone with me trying to convince me to not go with them at all and go to a local dealer. It was strange considering it’s a bit out of pocket to try and convince anyone to do anything especially when it’s for your personal gain. I left that conversation feeling unsettled and had a weird feeling about the order in general. The next day the order was just flat out canceled by the shop. I called again and the employee had no answer as to why this occurred but had to reorder the parts (charged twice). The item was shipped that day but I didn’t get it until 3 days later. Overall, in my opinion, this business is not worth your time or money. The employees even agree?

I had problems locating the bolts I needed for a bearing replacement The parts were exactly what I needed- the only complaint- the order sat as “waiting to be processed” for over a week with no confirmation of when it would be delivered- so that added a little bit of unnecessary concern
I inadvertently ordered the wrong part. In the search it states year, model, trim. Ordered a rear bumper for a JCW though the part description doesn’t mention anywhere that that’s the trim level it was for. The “correct part #s” description on has a disclaimer stating “none JCW”. That seems backwards. Now I’m stuck with a part I can’t return because shipping is more than the parts is worth.
I had an issue due to my own error and they went out of their way to help and completely fix my problem. Excellent service and the price of my part was right in line with competitors.
Parts received intact and everything has worked fine.
Part don’t work
I wanted OEM parts and the Mini dealer near me shut down so this was a good option.
The piece of trim I ordered for the rear of my hood was bent in half to fit the box it was shipped in leaving a permanent crease in the metal in the middle of it. In my opinion this shows a total lack of customer respect and is unprofessional. I don't know if this was an individual decision of the person in charge of shipping my items or company policy. If it is the individual they may want to look for another line of work.
The incorrect part was shipped, even though I submitted the VIN number. I have requested a return authorization and shipping label but I have not heard back from customer service
If you like paying for parts that don't get delivered this place is for you. No answering phones or responding to emails but gladly takes your money. Very disappointed stay away
Excellent experience! Ordering was easy. Communication throughout delivery process was great. Items came in as expected and were easy to install. I would definitely use this company again!
Professional service
A great price for the screws to mount the front license plate bracket but it took over a week to ship.
I highly recommend this company for your Mini and BMW parts.

Made an order for 2025 Mini Copuntryman part. The Roof Rails. Order was canceled, then when I called they did the order but then it was the wrong part that was sent. Returned the item and the refund wasnt even the same as what I paid. down to the orginal purchase of the part. then was charged a fee for the wrong part they sent to me Called, transferred, Called hung up on, called Transferred. emailed , no answer/reply back. I just gave up and lost like 70$. Maybe that was the idea. I lost on this one and still no part. Will not ever use them again. even if the price is a good price. Trouble with online is this. Ill try MOG Mini and see what they can do. Maybe price match. Definitely not best experience.
