Sold me used parts from junkyard

It took almost a month to get the part. I called three times along the way and the second and third time someone told me it was stuck at the BMW wearhouse and they would call. The last person actually did something because about 3-4 days later I received an email with a tracking number.

Only issue is identifying part with picture. Including VIN for confirmation helps but still use Realoem to minimize selection issues.

I ordered my parts they arrived on time and were about 40% less than what my Mini Dealer quoted.

Order was placed on January 19th. Shipping label wasn't created until the 22nd. Three days seems excessive for a couple of small gasket sets but then the USPS didn't receive the package until Feb 2nd AFTER I had sent an email asking where my order was. Parts were finally received on Feb 6th, 18 days after I placed the order. For perspective, these shipped from about 4 hours away from where I live.
