Customer service is exceptional. Unfortunately I discovered some bad things about the product like your beans are roasted overseas not here. And owned by Nestle. People don’t like this.

Prompt delivery and fresh roast date. I love their Hayes Valley and Bella Donovan roasts for my daily cup of latte. Always fresh and delicious!

Hi Blue Bottle Customer Experience Team, I’m your subscriber and I placed an order on 8/13 for more then $200 and I just noticed that Blue Bottle is currently offering a Labor Day promotion with 10% and 15% twice discount. The espresso coffee and freeze dried coffee were excellent. The syrup was ok, a bit sweet and not enough herbal flavor. However, the biggest problem was that the syrup began to grow mold after only a week. Nowhere on the bottle does it say it needs to be refrigerated after opening. I’m glad I noticed the mold before I used it that day. I could have gotten very sick.

I order Blue Bottle instant regularly. One of the jars in the most recent order is not the same as it usually is. The coffee is a solid clump in the jar. I had to chip at it to break it apart. The taste of the coffee from this jar is also not as it usually is.
