I've experienced no problems with your online store, customer service or delivery. I've made two cups, following directions on the canister, with my latest order of Craft Hojicha and have poured both of the them down the sink. They look and taste like I'm drinking bitter mud. I'll stick with the Matcha, thank you very much!
