Buying blue bottle craft instant expresso online works well for me. I do not live near a shop.

It previously took 2-3 weeks to get an order of Blue Mountain espresso from California to DC. This one arrived within a week. I was delighted with the speed and of course the quality and freshness. Thanks. Keep up the good work.

I always wrote off dark roasts as being more about the taste of the roasting itself and not the nuances of the actual beans. Tokyo Kissa has rewritten the script! I tried it as a one-off fluke, but instead it’s become my daily ritual. A very rich, deeply nuanced and very pleasurable new morning coffee experience for someone formally devoted to very light floral roasts.

I love to order from Blue bottle. They have my 2 most favorite coffees. It is great to have the beans shipped freshly roasted directly to me. Their website is simple and straightforward and the turnaround time is fast. Customer service is awesome if you ever need it. I love the NOLA but often I order the decaf version of NOLA which unfortunately they do not offer as a subscription option. If that ever changes then I will be a subscriber for sure!!

I ordered a dripper from Blue Bottle, but initially received the wrong product. After contacting customer service, they responded immediately and quickly sent the correct dripper. Their customer support was excellent throughout the process. As for the product itself, Blue Bottle’s drippers are some of the best on the market. They perform exceptionally well, and the attention to detail is obvious from the moment the package arrives. Everything is carefully packaged, and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of the products they make.

I order the instant coffee in the jars. I think for food safety, consistency and freshness there should be a paper cover affixed on top of the coffee first, then the aluminum lid. I know there is a blue thin sticker that is adhered to the outside to prevent tampering. Most of all other types of products come with a second type of seal. Just a thought. Delivery, on line ordering is great.
