Love the Giant Steps coffee wasn't very impressed with the Tokyo Kissa especially for the price.

Delicious, smooth and just the right amount of earthiness. I'll be reordering!

I love Blue Bottle Coffee - the beauty and consistency of your products and the flavor of your coffee. I will be a forever customer! And the response to the error in my online order - quickly resolved and I got just what I ordered. Now I am all set for the holidays!

good coffee but not as light as I was looking for. They had no light roast available and customer service suggested this medium roast instead.

Yes! Best ever!

Great mug , I use every morning with your coffee 😊

Has not received my order. I reached out and a substitute was immediately sent.

I love Blue Bottle....fantastic products, very well organized and customer focused. I've bought and used their products for many years now, and thehy never disappoint!

Will definitely purchase again.

Phenomenal

Always good! Though this time you guys sent me coffee that was roasted over 2 weeks before the order was placed

NOLA shakerato has not been made to usual standards from my last two visits in Virginia, my home location. However the Blue bottle Los Angeles was awesome !

Was very happy at how your customer service (Nate) was able to (re)ship items that never arrived

Sometimes the response very slow.

I bought the Miso Caramel Syrup and Instant Expresso . I find the insta espresso to be bitter. I'm trying to figure out a way to adjust it. I do like the flavor of the miso caramel syrup. They should include directions on how to store the syrup.

Best coffee I’ve ever had from Blue Bottle

I love Blue Bottle coffee and merchandise. The mugs are simple design but look elegance. It makes drinking coffee more enjoyable.

It was great.

I tried the Hayes Valley espresso as a potential substitute for the New Orleans cold brew, which you have to buy with sweetener now. It was more bitter than I hoped. A matter of taste perhaps. The New Orleans cold brew is still my favorite, but I won't pay ten dollars more for sweetener I won't use.

Best instant coffee I've ever had!
